Unfortunately, there are some items which couriers either restrict you or prohibit from sending, or receiving. A list of Prohibited or Restricted items is available below, this list may change from time to time as per the law of the shipping or destination country, kindly check this page for the info from time to time to have an updated list of Prohibited or Restricted items list.
Prohibited items are those items that you cannot in any circumstances send through any courier that you choose to book with ExBox.
Restricted items are those items that you can send these items through the courier that you choose to book to book with Exbox, however this will be on a no compensation basis, if they are lost or damaged in transit, you will be unable to make a claim for compensation.
It's your responsibility to check whether the contents of your parcel appear on the Prohibited Items List or Restricted Items List. Sending or Receiving such items that appear on these list or outside this list but falling under the Prohibited Item List or Restricted Item List could result in you facing legal action. The following items are not acceptable for carriage to any international or domestic destinations unless otherwise indicated. (Additional restrictions may apply depending on destination. Various regulatory clearances in addition to customs clearance may be required for certain commodities, thereby extending the transit time.)

Hazardous or bio medical waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes or other medical waste.
Human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains (includes ashes)..
Illegal Narcotics (contraband) and Psychotropic substances
Indian Postal Articles
Items classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) or other government or regulatory agencies.
Ivory and ivory products
Precious jewelry, metals and stones
Liquids & Semi-liquids
Live animals including insects
Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by law.
Money (coins, cash, currency, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds and cash letters)
Packages that are wet, leaking or emit an odor of any kind.
Philatelic Items
Plants and plant material, including cut flowers.
PASSPORT , IDENTITY CARDS, DRIVING LICENSE.
Pornographic and/or obscene material
Pre-natal sex determination kits
Processed or unprocessed dead animals, including insects and pets.
Property, the carriage of which is prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any federal, state or local government of any country to or through which the shipment may be carried.
Radioactive Materials
Shipments or commodities whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
Shipments that may cause damage to, or delay of, equipment, personnel or other shipments.
Shipments that require us to obtain any special licenses or permit for transportation, importation or exportation.
Shipments with a declared value for customs in excess of that permitted for a specific destination.

Tobacco and tobacco products.
